Restrictions on the Disclosure of
Account Information
It is our policy
not to reveal specific information about customer accounts or other
personally identifiable data to unaffiliated third parties for their
independent use, except for the exchange of information with
reputable information reporting agencies to maximize the accuracy
and security of such information or in the performance of bona fide
corporate due diligence of business matters, unless 1) the
information is provided to help complete a customer-initiated
transaction; 2) the customer requests or permits it; 3) the
disclosure is required by or allowed by law (e.g., subpoena,
investigation of fraudulent activity, request by regulator, etc.).
Maintaining Customer Privacy in
Business Relationships with Third Parties
When Community Bank
conducts business with third parties, it requires its vendors and
suppliers to maintain similar standards of conduct regarding the
privacy of personally identifiable customer information provided to
them.

Customers and Responding to Inquiries

What Information We Collect
We may collect
"nonpublic personal information" about you from the following
sources:

account forms;
· Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates or others;
and

Information we receive from third parties such as credit bureaus.
"Nonpublic personal information" is nonpublic information about you
that we obtain in connection with providing a financial product or
service to you. For example, nonpublic personal information
includes information regarding your account balance, payment
history, and overdraft history.
What Information We Disclose
We are permitted under law to share
information about our experiences or transactions with you or your
account (such as your account balance and your payment history with
us) with companies related to us by common control or ownership
("affiliates").
We also are permitted under law to
disclose nonpublic personal information about you to "nonaffiliated
third parties" (i.e., third parties that are not members of our
corporate family) in certain circumstances. For example, we may
disclose nonpublic personal information about you to such third
parties to assist us in servicing your loan or account with us; to
credit bureaus and similar organizations; to government entities in
response to subpoenas or similar legal process, a fraud
investigation, or recording of deeds of trust and mortgages. We do
not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to any
other third parties, except as permitted or required by law.
