Lost or Stolen Debit Card

Lost or stolen debit card?


If your debit card has been lost or stolen, take the following steps immediately:

Lost?
    1. During normal business hours, give us a call.  We can freeze the card while you continue your search for your missing debit card. 
    2. Retrace your steps without worry of unauthorized charges.  If you find your card in a safe place, give us a call back, and we will unfreeze your card so you can use it as if nothing happened!
    3. If you find your card in a public location where your card number could have been compromised, we will need to issue you a new card just to be on the safe side.*  
    4. If you have exhausted your search and still haven't found your card, call us and let us know it's gone for good.  We will issue you a new card and cancel the one that is missing.*  
Stolen?
If you know for a fact your card was stolen, call us immediately.  We will skip all the steps above and immediately cancel the stolen card and issue you a new one.* 

After regular business hours?
If you discover your debit card is missing or has been stolen, and it's not during our regular business hours, please call our 24 hour toll-free number.  It's just for lost or stolen debit cards.  Time is of the essence, so don't wait for regular business hours, call 1-888-263-3370.

*You will be charged a $5 fee for issuance of a replacement debit card.
